As we often say "Trust is a delicate thing" especially between consumer and your business. You have to develop a strong level of trust with your customers through strong relationships. Know your customers by name ... remember their past shopping history ... send them personalized or the appearance of personalized email marketing to offer special promotions for loyal customers... etc. Lots of great thoughts!
