So….I’m on vacation and traveling several hundred miles by car. I admit that I had twisted my back before the trip, but I guarantee you that the long hours sitting in the car, plus all the walking around sightseeing, almost brought me to my knees.

John Jantsch shares an insightful article “5 Ways to Make Review Sites Your New Best Friend” – a good read with easy-to-follow tips on getting more reviews.
Some principles I tell clients:
- Ask for reviews – don’t forget the basic request! Many customers are more than happy to do so if you show them how and where
- Speaking of where – try to get ONLINE reviews in lieu of written testimonials on a piece of paper
- Don’t always obsess about negative reviews – the better approach is to bombard your review site with other positive reviews instead of trying to respond to every criticism (although, as John mentions in the above article, there are a few times where this can be effective)
